Productivity Improvement of an Engine Assembly Line Using MOST

Station-wise cycle times were decomposed into elemental motions using the Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST), establishing standard times used to rebalance the line against takt time and reduce bottleneck-driven idle time.
