Academic leadership, grounded in industry-facing research
I teach and coordinate UG/PG courses in Operations, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, and Quality Engineering at CEG, Anna University - building outcome-based lesson plans, digital content, and gamified learning aligned to NBA standards. Alongside teaching, I bring hands-on NBA & NAAC accreditation expertise - coordinating peer-team-visit readiness, documentation, and department-level audits - and run national symposiums (INDCON) and academic–industry collaboration workshops on Industry 4.0, Lean Six Sigma, and analytics.
My research spans ergonomics, operations analytics, and optimization - using Python, MATLAB, Minitab, SPSS, and Power BI to turn shop-floor and workplace data into productivity, quality, and decision-making frameworks. Three patents and multiple journal/conference publications sit at the intersection of that research and practice.
